Refunds/Returns/Replacements

SECTION I: REPLACEMENTS
We replace all delivery damaged/defective posters.

Customers can simply provide a photo(s) of the damages to forego having to return the poster(s).

Please message us at: 
customersupport@movieposterplex.com
with your full name (as it appears on your order receipt) as well as your order # and aforementioned photo(s) of any damages. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement poster to reach you may vary.
      SECTION II: RETURNS
      Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of arrival.

      If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.
          Please message us at customersupport@movieposterplex.com to initiate a return or replacement.
            SECTION III: REFUNDS (if applicable)
            Once your return is received and inspected we will:

            Send you an email to notify you.
            Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

            If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

            There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
